2011 De Morgenzon Vine Dried Chenin Blanc (375ml) x 1 bottle - Provenance: Restaurant Mosaic Wine Cellar Collection
This superb wine was produced from old, low-yielding bush vines located in the mountain vineyards approximately 10 kilometres from the sea. Individual bunch stems are hand pinched resulting in a desiccation and eventual concentration of sugar, acid and flavour. Concentrated bunches are handpicked, lightly crushed and gently pressed overnight yielding a highly concentrated juice. This nectar is naturally fermented over a period of 12 months and then aged in cask or a further 2 years before bottling. Platter Guide 4.5*
