8vo, original hardcover bindings, with dust jackets. Gilt lettering to spines and front boards. Illustrated throughout with various maps, and the two Trans-African Highways volumes also come with folded maps in pockets.

Condition: Overall good. The dust jackets have some rubbing, edgewear and small open and closed tears. All three have been covered with protective plastic sleeves. Light mildew stains to boards of ‘African Throughways’, and stains, wrinkling and notes in pen to its front endpaper. Minor stains to fist volume of ‘Trans-African Highways’, and bumps to corners of boards and small worming hole to front board of 2nd volume. Minor foxing to endpapers and pastedowns, and to a few of the pages of the three books. Texts are overall clean and clear, and all three books are well bound.
