Copy of Eric Louw, former minister of Economic Affairs, Finance, and later minister of Foreign Affairs. With his signature on front endpaper when he was South Africa’s first Trade Commissioner in the USA in 1925. Louw was well-known for his antisemitic views. With the Trade Commission stamp on front endpaper.

Translated into English by Emily Hobhouse, and with a preface by her.
